How We Work

Two hands shaking, rendered as colorful electronic circuitry

Most consulting engagements begin with a proposal and end with a report. Ours begin with a diagnosis and end with a measurement. The path below is the same whether the work is one workstream or a multi-site program – what changes is the scale at step 04, not the method.

The Path

Six steps from first conversation to handover. Every engagement follows them in order.

01  Scope Call – Thirty minutes, no deck. We define the problem in your terms and establish whether this is work we should take on. Sometimes the answer is no, and you will hear that on the call.

02  Rapid Diagnostic – A fixed-scope assessment producing findings, root cause, a prioritized remediation sequence, a resource estimate, and the baseline against which success will later be measured. In as little as two weeks depending on scope.

03  Decision Point – You choose what happens next: execute internally with your own team, execute with us, or stop. This is a genuine off-ramp, and it is stated up front because a diagnostic you cannot walk away from is a sales process, not an assessment.

04  Scoped Statement of Work – A defined deliverable with defined exit criteria, sized as either a Focused Engagement or a Program Engagement (below). No open-ended retainer.

05  Delivery – Principal-led, working alongside your team rather than in parallel to them. Weekly visibility of progress against the sequence agreed at step 03.

06  Effectiveness Verification and Handover – Measured against the step 02 baseline, using a threshold agreed before the data comes in. Then documented and handed over so your team owns it without us.

Two Engagement Models

Step 04 is where you decide the scale and scope of the project:

Focused Engagement – A single workstream with one owner: an inspection eight weeks out, a deviation backlog, a recurring investigation failure, one system to redesign. Delivered by the principal. This is the majority of our work and it is deliberately small enough to prove.

Program Engagement – Multiple workstreams across sites or functions, typically a regulatory remediation commitment or a multi-site transformation. Principal-led with named senior specialists added to match the scope, each supplied with a CV and a defined role before work begins. Governed through our Remediation & Transformation PMO, and delivered as: assess and align, stabilize immediate regulatory risk, design the target state, deploy with the people who run it, embed capability, verify and sustain.
