Rapid Diagnostic

Stylised DNA double helix with digital circuitry, representing AI integration and digital transformation in pharmaceutical manufacturing

Every Biostrategenix engagement starts here. A Rapid Diagnostic is a short, fixed-scope assessment that establishes what is actually driving a recurring quality, compliance or throughput problem – before anyone commits budget to a remediation program built on a guess. It is not an audit, and it is not a gap assessment against a maturity model.

What the Diagnostic Delivers

We work from your own records, stand where the work actually happens, and talk to the people who live with the process. What you receive is a decision document rather than a report: what is causing the problem, what would genuinely fix it, and in what order.

  • Findings and root cause – the mechanism behind the problem, evidenced from your own records rather than asserted from a framework.
  • A prioritized remediation sequence – what to address first, what can wait, and what is not worth doing at all.
  • Effort and resource estimate – what each item requires in people and time, so it can be budgeted and defended internally.
  • Regulatory exposure summary – where the current state would be difficult to defend in an inspection, stated plainly.
  • A working debrief with your leadership – findings presented to the people who have to act on them, with the reasoning open to challenge.
  • The Diagnostic applies across all five practice areas – quality systems, investigations and CAPA, inspection readiness, operational excellence, and supply chain. It is deliberately self-contained: if you act on the sequence with your own team and never call us again, it did its job. Delivered in as little as two weeks, depending on the scope of the diagnostic, so the answer arrives while the decision is still open.
