This is the most important section on this page, so it is written plainly.

The articles, guides and other content on this site are general information about regulatory and operational topics. They are not consulting advice, legal advice, or regulatory advice, and they are not a substitute for either professional judgment or the applicable regulations themselves.

Regulations change, guidance is revised, and how a requirement applies depends on your product, your process, your markets and your inspection history. Always read the source document and take advice appropriate to your situation before acting.

Reading this site does not create a consulting relationship with us. A consulting relationship is created only by a signed written agreement.
